Lower Alabama - We are based out of Mobile, Alabama, and routinely teach at a beautiful outdoor shooting range called Styx River Shooting Center. Conveniently located off I-10 in Baldwin County, the facility offers a safe and welcoming environment. 

New Orleans, Louisiana - We are grateful for our relationship with Neutral Ground Gun Company in Arabi, Louisiana. We  teach at this beautiful indoor facility when the range is otherwise closed to the public. - thereby giving us exclusive use of the entire training space. 

We can teach our shooting courses at most any gun range and on privately owned property. 

We teach our non-shooting safety courses in the comfort of our clients' homes, at local churches and in community centers.  

No. We encourage you to bring any pistol you already own or have access to . Students  are welcome to shoot any of our pistols.  We discourage clients from buying a gun before taking the class. A firearm is a sizable investment. so try shooting a few first and then decide.

Our 3-hour New Client Safety & Live-Fire course is taught by two women and accommodates 6-8 students. We focus on firearm fundamentals and empty weapon manipulation for the first hour together.  Every student will shoot our training pistols first, then choose what they shoot thereafter. Everyone shoots individually.  Students leave the class with their paper target and a certificate of completion. 

Not much.  We provide everything you need to fully participate in the class (eye and ear protection, targets, our pistols and ammo).  Students that bring their own pistol(s) need to bring ammunition for their gun(s).  All students should bring a ball cap, water bottle and positive attitude.

We want to encourage our "pistols" to practice regularly and so those that take our Safety & Live-Fire course are eligible to join our Monthly Shooting Club. We gather for 2 hours once a month to reinforce and build on shooting fundamentals. Students bring their own firearm, ammunition, safety gear and targets. Space is limited and advanced registration is required.

Not really. We work with family units and  teach mother/daughter groups of all ages. We yield to the discretion of the parent who must be present with any minor aged child.  

$175 per student. Group rates are available (min of 6 and max of 8 students).  A limited number of scholarships are available. Call us to inquire.   

$25 per attendee. All children must have at least one parent or legal guardian with them. These courses are taught by request. Call Melissa for more information.
